  Is your Top Producer database up to date?  Are your contacts assigned by type appropriately?  Do you
    have just one contact record for each person?

  • Clean up and update your database, delete outdated contacts, and merge information from duplicate entries into one, complete contact record.

  • Define and add contact types to your records to optimize Top Producer's powerful features.

  • How many of your contacts are not assigned to any contact type at all?  Would you like to find out and then assign at least one type (group or category) to each of them?

FOLLOW UP WITH ACTION PLANS

 

  Set up action plans for prospecting, listings, closings, and email drip campaigns.

  • Assign an action plan when you enter a new contact so that they will start hearing from you right away.

My standard hourly rate is $30.00.  How does that translate into value for you?  For example, in one hour you could have two action plans, containing approximately 30 to 35 tasks each, set up and ready to use.  Or, you could have roughly 500 contacts deleted from your database -- just to give you an idea of what I can accomplish for you in an hour.  I also offer monthly retainers and project based fees.
